NI PXIe-5163 High-resolution oscilloscope Guaranteed Quality

The PXIE-5163 high-resolution oscilloscope has two channels and a sampling rate of up to 1 GS/s. It can be programmed to flexibly set coupling, input impedance, voltage range, and filtering. The PXI oscilloscope also has multiple triggering modes, high-capacity onboard memory, and an instrument driver for high-speed data transmission, as well as multiple built-in analysis functions. This device is suitable for fully automated and partially automated time-frequency applications that require high resolution, low noise measurement, up to 200 MHz analog bandwidth, and up to 250 V voltage.
