The GE VMIVME-3122 is a high-performance, 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) board for VMEbus system applications. It features 64 differential or single-ended analog inputs, software-selectable conversion rate (100 kHz maximum), program-selectable scanning of 1, 8, 16, 32, 48, or 64 channels, and dual-ported data memory. The VMIVME-3122 is also equipped with on-board timers, automatically controlled gain, and a programmable bus interrupter, which enables it to support extensive analog input traffic with minimal involvement of the host processor.
