The GE DS215TCQAG1BZZ01A Mark V Analog Input/Output (I/O) Board is a critical component of the Mark V Series gas turbine control system. It is responsible for scaling and conditioning a large number of analog signals that are used to control and monitor the gas turbine. These signals include:
- Thermocouple inputs
- Servo valve outputs
- Vibration inputs
- Generator/line signals
- Relay drive outputs
- Voltage inputs
- Pulse inputs
- 4-20 mA inputs/outputs
- LVDT inputs
The TCQA board also communicates with other Mark V boards, such as the STCA board and the TCQC board, to exchange data and signals.
