The GE DS200RTBAG3AEB Relay Terminal Board is an optional board that can be installed in the GE Speedtronic drive cabinets. It includes 10 relays that can be driven either directly via the plot relays or remotely by the user. The board has 52 terminal points where you can attach wires that regulate the relays’ and drive’s conduct.
The DS200RTBAG3AEB has diagnostic capabilities that allow you to test the relays’ proper configuration or troubleshoot any potential issues with the drive or board. The diagnostics can be accessed via the control panel. You can access the diagnostics by pressing the keys on the keypad. The diagnostics offer a full overview of the drive and all of its boards. You might discover that it is simpler to save the report to a laptop where you can examine it, print it out, or search for specific items.
Before touching the boards in the drive or any of its parts, disconnect all power to the drive once you have determined that the board needs to be replaced. High-voltage current is present in the drive, and you must wait 5 seconds after disconnecting power for the current to leave the components. Test the boards and other parts for current. Before you are certain that the current has dissipated, don’t touch anything. Some components retain current while the board is electrified and in use. Waiting after the board is disconnected gives the current time to dissipate.
