The GE 760-P5-G5-S5-HI-A20-R-E is a microprocessor-based feeder management relay designed for the protection and management of electrical power distribution systems. It features a combination of a Motorola 68332 32-bit microprocessor and an Intel 80C186 16-bit microprocessor, providing fast and accurate processing of input and output signals.
The relay is equipped with a variety of features and functions, including:
- Comprehensive protection against a wide range of electrical faults, including phase-to-phase, phase-to-ground, and ground overcurrent faults, as well as overvoltage, undervoltage, and reverse power flow
- Power quality monitoring and recording
- Load shedding and feeder restoration capabilities
