The GE 489-P5-HI-A20-E is a generator management relay system manufactured by GE Multilin. It is a member of the 489 series of generator protection relays.

This relay has the following features:

5 A phase CT secondaries
HI control power of 90-300 VDC and 70-265 VAC at 48-62 Hz
4 to 20 mA analog outputs
Enhanced display with a larger LCD and Ethernet
