The A-B 1788-EN2FFR is a discontinued EtherNet/IP to Foundation Fieldbus linking device that provides a gateway between an EtherNet/IP network and a single segment FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1 layer. It can be used to connect EtherNet/IP devices to FOUNDATION Fieldbus devices, such as I/O modules and controllers. The linking device is redundantly powered and has a built-in diagnostic capability.
