Usage Method
To use the 1771-IAN module, it must be installed in a properly equipped PLC-5 system chassis. The module has 32 input terminals, which are arranged in four sets of eight terminals. Each set of eight terminals is connected to a common input terminal.
To wire the module, connect the input devices to the appropriate terminals. For AC inputs, connect the positive terminal of the input device to the terminal marked with a “+” sign and the negative terminal of the input device to the common terminal.
