Usage Method
The PP825 is used to interact with the ABB AC 800M DCS. It can be used to view and monitor process data, enter commands, and configure the DCS. The PP825 is also used to troubleshoot problems with the DCS.
To use the PP825, first connect it to the AC 800M DCS using the Ethernet cable provided. Then, power on the PP825. The PP825 will automatically connect to the DCS and start displaying the process data.
To navigate through the PP825 menus, use the navigation keypad on the left side of the screen. To select an item, press the enter key. To enter a command, use the function keys on the right side of the screen.
To configure the PP825, press the menu key on the left side of the screen. This will open the PP825 configuration menu. Use the navigation keypad to select the item you want to configure and then press the enter key.
