The ABB LD800HSE 3BDH000320R0101 is a Foundation Fieldbus (FF) Linking Device. It is a module for DIN rail mounting with 4 H1 links and one HSE connector. The module itself needs an external 24 VDC power supply.
The LD800HSE is used to connect H1 FF devices to an HSE FF network. It supports up to 31 H1 devices and can be used in both simplex and redundant configurations. The LD800HSE also provides a number of features to improve network performance and reliability, such as:
