The AINT-02C is an input/output (I/O) kit for the ABB ACS800 drive. It provides a variety of I/O options for connecting the drive to external devices. The kit includes the following:
- AINT-02C main interface board
- AINT-02C-01 I/O expansion board
- Two AINT-02C-02 digital input/output (DIO) boards
- Two AINT-02C-03 analog input/output (AIO) boards
- One AINT-02C-04 serial communication board
The AINT-02C main interface board provides the following features:
- A connection to the ACS800 drive’s control board
- A power supply for the I/O expansion boards
- A connection to the ACS800 drive’s fault status LEDs
The AINT-02C-01 I/O expansion board provides the following features:
- Eight additional digital input/output (DIO) points
- Four additional analog input/output (AIO) points
The AINT-02C-02 and AINT-02C-03 DIO boards provide eight additional DIO points each. The AINT-02C-04 serial communication board provides a RS-485 communication port.
The AINT-02C I/O kit is used in a variety of applications, including:
- Motor control
- Pump control
